This role a hybrid of DTC E-Commerce, Account Management (Amazon, Catch, eBay), Product & Sales Management. You will be responsible for looking after and growing our ‘owned’ websites and marketplaces such as Amazon, Catch & Ebay.

Your mission

This role a hybrid of DTC E-Commerce, Account Management (Amazon, Catch, eBay), Product & Sales Management.

You will be responsible for looking after and growing our ‘owned’ websites and marketplaces such as Amazon, Catch & Ebay.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage all e-commerce platforms
  • CMS / Magento Content management
  • Product / Portfolio management
  • Inventory management -
  • Pricing strategy, Analysis & Sales Management (sales, margins and AOV growth).
  • Online merchandising including planogramming / sales / specials / OOS / Assortment management
  • Analytics
  • Provide weekly / monthly reporting and analytics of sales and product performance
  • Update content for online platforms as directed, which may include sales opportunities, product listings, product mix, pricing etc.
  • Assist in planning & executing promotional strategies, product launches, events & projects
  • Liaise and build relationships with internal & external stakeholders

Your profile

Skills:

  • Experience working in a similar role minimum 2 – 3 years
  • Proven experience managing an e-commerce platform
  • eCommerce product management highly desirable
  • Amazon & Sales / Account Management
  • Impeccable planning , attention to detail written and verbal communication
  • Highly proficient using Microsoft applications & google analytics
