Your mission

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Social Media Content Creator. It is your mission to create compelling and engaging social media content that resonates with our audience and drives brand awareness. You are someone with a passion for connecting with our audience and creating compelling and relatable content. Clean & cutting edge. Where communication, design and brand experience come together. You are a true all-rounder: an idea generator for creative (ad-hoc) content, an expert in social media trends and on top of omni-channel marketing for consumers and B2B.

Are you a creative content creator with experience in translating campaigns? And do you know all the ins and outs of InDesign & Photoshop? Build the juvenile brand of the future, together with our in-house creative team.

Key responsibilities

  • Shooting and editing social content.
  • Creating storyboards, shortlists, and needed props.
  • Optimizing content for different social media platforms and formats.
  • Representable and comfortable with being in front of the camera yourself.
  • Working efficiently with ad-hoc requests and making quick creative decisions.
  • Maximizing shooting days to capture valuable content proactively.
  • Managing projects from briefing to creation, including working with models and sourcing locations.

Your profile

  • Proven experience (+3 years) with shooting and editing social content.
  • Native to social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok).
  • Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, and similar).
  • A strong sense of aesthetics, trends, and engaging visuals and being on top of social media trends.
  • Knowledge about content creation for platforms such as YouTube (shorts) and Pinterest is a plus.
  • Highly creative professional who is always innovating and creating, understanding what makes winning social content.
  • A team-player, motivated to work with multiple disciplines within the company, being able to connect.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Are you ready to grow with us?

  • A salary between 3500 and 4100 based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
  • This is a position for 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
  • You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
  • You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
  • The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
  • The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
  • Extensive retirement plan.
  • Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone if required, option to purchase extra holiday hours, Bicycle Plan and collective health insurance.
