Your mission

We're looking for enthusiastic In-Store Sales Promoters to represent Maxi-Cosi in selected premium baby stores across Germany. In this role, you'll be the face of the brand, helping parents discover our products, providing expert advice, and creating an outstanding in-store experience.

This is more than a traditional promotional role. You'll actively engage shoppers, understand their needs, demonstrate our products, and help turn interest into a purchase.

We're currently hiring in:

Key responsibilities

Proactively approach and engage shoppers in-store
Advise parents on Maxi-Cosi products, including car seats and strollers
Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations
Influence purchase decisions and drive sales performance
Build positive relationships with store employees and management
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the Maxi-Cosi team
Ensure the brand is represented professionally at all times

Your profile

You are energetic, persuasive, and naturally comfortable speaking with new people. You enjoy sales and are motivated by achieving results.

You bring:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and customer-focused mindset
Confidence in approaching and engaging shoppers
A commercial attitude and passion for sales
Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Interest in retail, sales, marketing, or consumer behavior
Fluency in the local language

Students in business, marketing, commercial economics, or related fields, as well as young professionals looking to gain hands-on sales experience, are encouraged to apply.
