We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in EDI, who has expertise in Data Mapping,Troubleshooting, Adding new clients, and solving potential problems that may arise during the process.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform EDI Mapping, setup and testing as needed. Provide daily support for EDI interfaces to/from JD Edwards Enterprise One including help desk ticket resolution.
  • Monitor the DJGEDI mailbox and work with internal users and external 3rd party and customer contacts to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor 3rd party portals (SPS Commerce, Rithum, Logicbroker, ECGrid) and resolve errors as needed.
  • Monitor and setup AS2 and SFTP communications. Upload and install new customer certificates. Report any interruptions in communications to the EDI Specialist and Director of Information Services.
  • Assist EDI Specialist with Customer Onboarding, including attending weekly onboarding calls, completing document mapping and testing as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement in the EDI domain to minimize errors and manual processing by tracking reoccurring issues and recommending system enhancements.
  • Maintain EDI and customer documentation utilizing Microsoft teams, excel, and word.

Your profile

  • 5 years of OpenText Trusted link mapping and daily operations;
  • 5 years of experience mapping EDI in a manufacturing direct to retail environment;
  • 3 years of experience in a JD Edward EnterpriseOne ERP environment;
  • 3 years of experience working on an IBM AS400 platform;
  • Experience working in a Software Development Life Cycle methodology;
  • Analytical, organizational, and administrative skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Available to work different time zones.
