Export Product Trainer

Vos missions

In order to optimize customer relationship and sell-out, it is your mission to improve product knowledge, storytelling and selling skills of our sales team and our Distributors / retail partners. With this you aim to enhance the brand and shopping experience of our end consumer. The Product Trainer will be part of the Export sales team.

Vos responsabilités

• Understand in depth the priorities of the Export department and our resellers.
• Co-construction, adaptation and deployment of training content to evangelize, train the Export team, and our resellers to match with Export KPI
• Stay at the forefront of launching new products, changes in range or standards, new resources made available to enable excellent deployment of any major change.
• Contribute to the overall design of the content of digital resources and training materials so that they are creative and educational and adapted to many distributors.
• Connect with relevant stakeholders within Products and Marketing
• Join product trainings in Helmond to keep up to date yourself.
• Work closely with other Product Trainers in our European Sales Organization, sharing best practices.
• Organize and give (product) training sessions mostly in remote for Export distributors & sales team
• Occasionally join Export Manager on visits to key distributor to organize training sessions with sales team.
• Coordinate and give training sessions at trade or consumer fairs.
• Identify, train and constitute a group of brand ambassadors within key distributors to provide them with attention and a personalized program, regular coaching from our experts.
• Deploy the digital learning strategy by supporting distributors in running the application.
• Work on competitive intelligence

Votre profil

• You have a bachelor or University degree in Business Administration or sales/marketing
• 5-10 years relevant working experience in sales, retail or training
• You have a track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
• You master digital tools (Teams, Zoom) and IT tools and social networks; video editing skills
• Work autonomously with good organizational skills
• You are convincing and have a can-do mentality.
• You are a good communicator and connector.
• You are an enthusiastic and good presenter
• You love the products of Dorel Juvenile
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & optional in French & Spanish
• Retail & Business oriented
• You are willing to travel
