Vos missions

The Sales Country Manager is responsible to drive sustainable and healthy business growth for his/her country. You know how to get the best results and know how to turn the conversation into concrete results. You are the proud ambassador of the most meaningful brands in the juvenile industry and are responsible grow sales in your country. In addition, you coach your sales team so that they get the best out of themselves. You report to the VP Commercial Director Europe.

Vos responsabilités

Areas of Responsibilities

  • You deliver an important contribution to the implementation of the European commercial strategy.
  • Based on the commercial strategy, you formulate an annual country growth plan with a sales budget, work independently within the frameworks of this plan and bear ultimate responsibility for follow-up.
  • You stimulate growth through your personal visit and your insights.
  • Leadership: Coaching, developing and motivating the direct line of reports; Sales & Account managers.
  • You consult the local Trade Marketing Manager, where necessary you ensure optimal execution of the trade marketing activities together with your sales team
  • You are responsible for generating new sales with existing account base and further professionalize and intensify your relationships with customers.
  • You analyze and report the sales results, in such a way that it is possible to make the necessary corrections to realize the turnover targets.
  • You understand what is going on at baby specialized stores and you are able to think omni-channel and you base your plans and implementation on this.
  • You are responsible for creating sales conditions within the set frameworks.
  • You contribute to the development of the store & online performance of your customers, so that we add value to the customer.
  • You take care of the connection between customers, sales and operations.

  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Turnover responsible for the annual budget of your country
  • Delivering 3-year country plan

Votre profil

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration or comparable
  • You have at least 8 years of proven successful sales experience within the international BtC distribution
  • Network within the juvenile industry or thorough knowledge of a professional Consumer Goods key account environment
  • International experience and mindset
  • Focused, motivational leader who gets things done
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and commercial acumen
  • Strong language skills in English and local language
  • Strong in relationship management and turning a conversation into a result
  • Good negotiator and challenger, or opportunity developer towards the customer
  • Combines strategic and numerical insight with operational decisiveness.
  • Expert in the field of account management
  • Experience in leading a sales team.
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
