Vos missions
Reporting to the Strategic Account Manager, your role is to develop sales and penetration of the Dorel Juvenile brands in France by optimizing the commercial relationship with existing regional accounts and by achieving sales objectives.
As such, you have the following missions :
- Supervise, train, recruit and manage a field sales team. Unite the team around ambitious objectives in a positive work dynamic
- Organize the activity of the sales representatives in order to obtain the best efficiency and customer coverage
- Define and manage the qualitative and quantitative objectives in accordance with the commercial strategy, and ensure quality reporting. You lead your salespeople to success through close management and report the results to your management line.
- Communicate internally with your teams and interface with other departments
- Negotiate with regional key account customers, and ensure account follow-up
- Work on transversal projects as a field referent.
Votre profil
With a sales background, you have a significant experience in a sales management function as a region manager or sales manager. You have strong management skills. Energetic, you are committed to developing your teams and uniting them around a vision.
Having real commercial qualities, you master sales techniques as well as those of negotiation. You have excellent knowledge of distribution channels and ideally Specialized Stores.
You know how to be a force of proposal (process, sales method, change management ...), you have a strong capacity for adaptation and a real entrepreneurial spirit. Pragmatic, rigorous and results-oriented, you are a force of recommendation and will know how to develop innovative business solutions in accordance with our commercial policy and allocated budgets.
Finally, beyond your operational and managerial excellence, you know how to interact with the other departments of our company and consider your activity transversally. Your dynamism, your sense of investment, your tenacity and your organizational skills are complemented by excellent communication at all levels.
You are very flexible in terms of your schedule and you are willing to travel frequently throughout France (with overnights).
Knowledge of English is an asset to grow in this international group.
