Your mission

As a Trade Marketing Manager you are responsible to drive local initiatives with our sales team and top accounts. Optimizing our in-store performance to maximize sell-out at our retailers and e-tailers. Implement local plans and measure the impact at POS. In this role you report to the Trade Marketing Manager DACH+Poland.

Key responsibilities

  • Setup, implement and follow-up local go-to market activities according to EU brand, marketing and sales strategy.
  • Setup, implement and follow-up initiatives to maximize our Instore performance (Shop in shop solutions, POS material, store staff incentive) by cooperating with our sales teams, the Trade marketing manager DACH + Poland and EU trade marketing team.
  • Challenge your internal sales partners to maximize our short- and long-term reach, impact and with that our sales at our online and offline partners.
  • Plan and support account plans for our top accounts to promote our portfolio and upcoming product launches together with the Sales Manager PL.
  • Manage local events for B2B, as well as for B2C to present our novelties.
  • Provide available market information and feedback from the sales organizations, retailers and consumers as contribution to development of EU tools and plans of attack.
  • Analyse the impact of the plans and tools you implement and with that improve the impact they have.
  • Plan and manage the yearly trade marketing budget for Poland.

Your profile

  • Completed your master’s degree in the field of Marketing, Sales, Communication, or related.
  • You already have multiple years of relevant experience in a similar role and experience in an international matrix organization.
  • It is a big plus if you have experience working with retailers and consumer goods.
  • A commercial mindset with a deep understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
  • You poses good project management skills and are ready to get things done in a continuously changing environment.
  • Proven interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish.
  • You are willing to travel with our sales representatives to our retailers in Poland and are flexible to work at retailer events sometimes also in the weekends (once per month).

Are you ready to grow with us?

  • A salary depending on your experience, with room to grow.
  • This is a position for 40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
  • You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
  • The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
  • The annual leave entitlements consist of 21 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
  • Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone.
