Do you get energy from managing a broad range of administrative tasks? Are you detail oriented? Do you enjoy assisting the procurement team so our buyers can rely on your knowledge and support? We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Procurement Coordinator to support our NPR team in Europe.

Your mission

As our new Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for all administrative tasks within the team. From the creation of POs (which we will automate soon) to contract and supplier management, the team relies on your management and processes in administrating everything to the last detail. You will work closely with our Procurement Team of 2 Buyers and will report directly to the Procurement Manager.

Key responsibilities

  • Support business teams with PR/PO creation and follow-up.
  • Adapt to changes in role as PO automation progresses, shifting focus to guiding and checking rather than manual entry.
  • Assist in contract drafting, entry, and system maintenance.
  • Maintain supplier landscape, control and improve supplier master-data, support and perform supplier ratings, and assist in auditing and reporting.

Your profile

  • Experience within an administrative heavy position, within a procurement environment is a plus.
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Slight perfectionist to ensure accurate data entry and maintenance.
  • Ability to support business teams effectively in NPR projects and purchases.
  • Experience in supplier management and contract management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in handling purchase requests and orders.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch both verbal and written.

What we offer

  • A salary between 2500 and 3300 a month based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
  • This is a position for 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
  • You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
  • You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
  • The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
  • The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
  • Extensive retirement plan.
  • Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone if required, option to purchase extra holiday hours, Bicycle Plan and collective health insurance.
  • Besides work there is time for fun such as team outings or our Workout on Wheels bootcamp every Tuesday.
