Join our European E-commerce Team as a Support Specialist Amazon and take charge of enhancing our brand presence and performance on Amazon's marketplace!

Your mission

Your mission is to monitor and optimize content, ensure seamless operation of our Amazon storefronts, and drive performance improvements. By accomplishing these objectives, you will contribute to establishing our brand as a leader on Amazon, ensuring excellent visibility, engagement, and sales growth while maintaining high content quality.

N.B. this is a temporary position covering a maternity leave, starting asap up to February 2025 guaranteed. With the possibility to extend till August 2025.    

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor Content: Oversee the quality and accuracy of content using a digital self-tooling
  • Track KPIs: Regularly review and act on KPIs via Content dashboards to manage events, core metrics, and overall performance.
  • Create & Update Content: Lead the creation and optimization of missing video/image content based on insights and integrate it into the system.
  • Resolve Issues: Address content-related issues and lead bi-weekly escalations with the Amazon point of contact.
  • Maintain Brand Stores: Implement, maintain, and update Amazon brand stores for various countries and brands.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field such as marketing, e-commerce, communications, or business.
  • You are at the beginning of your career or have some experience as a content specialist with a passion for e-commerce and Amazon.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and act based on insights.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing and executing projects effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent command of English; additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, Polish, or Swedish are a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Preferably familiar with Adobe Photoshop
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, organized, results-oriented, commercial mindset and a team player with a can-do attitude.

Are you ready to grow with us?

  • A salary between 2400 and 2500 a month based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
  • This is a position for 36 to 40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
  • You will first receive a temporary contract up till February 2024.
  • You are eligible for a 13th month.
  • The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
  • The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
  • Extensive retirement plan.
  • Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone if required, option to purchase extra holiday hours, Bicycle Plan and collective health insurance.
  • Besides work there is time for fun such as team outings or our Workout on Wheels bootcamp every Tuesday.
