Your mission

As E-Commerce Excellence Specialist, your main goal is to maximize our conversion online through a clear Sales & Marketing plan. You drive our EU content strategy (for Amazon launches, all over Europe, but also with our other E-Commerce partners) and ensure perfect visibility of all our promotions during peak events on retailers websites. In parallel, you manage our pricing strategy on our own E-Commerce platforms and develop creative promo plan in collaboration with Marketing team.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our new products introduction process on Amazon (EU level) : content package needed, keywords strategy, launch timing, A/B tests, competitors benchmark, etc.
  • Work in strong collaboration with EU content team to make sure all Amazon assets are optimized and delivered in time, alignment with Amazon Advertising Specialists & KAMs teams.
  • Support Content Specialists to optimize daily our content on Amazon
  • Work on content improvement plan for our other E-Commerce partners
  • Make sure Dorel visibility is perfect during key events all over Europe
  • Ensure pricing on our own platforms is optimized and prepare promo events strategy, aligned with countries and E-Commerce team
  • Focus on Dorel conversion on daily basis, KPI mapping and follow up

Your profile

  • Bachelor / Master degree in Marketing or Sales
  • Strong E-Commerce knowledge (Amazon / Content / Marketplace / D2C website…)
  • Project management and analytical skills, well-or­gan­ized, with an eye for de­tail
  • Ability to respond with speed and agility to changing consumer & Amazon trends
  • You have a hands-on mentality and are result driven
  • Creativity and experience bringing new ideas to fruition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, preferable other languages as well (Dutch or French)
  • Team spirit
  • Willingness to grow within E-Commerce team

What we offer

  • A salary between 3000 and 3700 a month based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
  • This is a position for 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
  • You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
  • You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
  • The option of working hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
  • The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
  • Extensive retirement plan.
  • Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone if required, option to purchase extra holiday hours, Bicycle Plan and collective health insurance.
  • Besides work there is time for fun such as team outings or our Workout on Wheels bootcamp every Tuesday.
