Your mission

As Marketing Operations Specialist you are part of the European Trade Marketing Team. In this team it is all about shoppers and shopfloor. Here we try to convert the shopper to buy our brand(s). In your role you are the SalesForce specialist and support the trade marketing team with specific projects. You get energized using your project management and analytical skills driving and supporting the right decisions. You work with various departments and report to Trade Marketing Lead EU. The position is part of the European Marketing team and is based in Helmond, The Netherlands.

Key responsibilities

  • Within the EU Brand Marketing Organization responsible for SalesForce. Development of reports/analytics and measurements; perform marketing analytics and report on performances.
  • Support the Trade Marketing team with their daily Salesforce questions
  • Assist the Trade team with relevant customer, market, competitive intelligence, research and insight analytics.
  • Assist in the workflow of the Trade projects, documentation and day to day operations.
  • Responsible for the development and execution of the product catalogues for all brands
  • Contact within Brand Marketing for the Tiny Love Brand
  • Setup and follow-up initiatives in salesforce to maximize our Instore performance by cooperating with our sales teams and linking with our customers
  • Secure a flow of market information and feedback from the sales organizations and retailers as contribution to development of EU initiatives, tools and plans of attack
  • Measure effectiveness of activities and report back to sales and EU competence centre to optimize consumer centricity, commercial performance and lead generation
  • Share learnings and best practice within the organisation
  • Support the Trade Marketing team with operational tasks within the NPI process

Your profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree in marketing.
  • > 2 years of relevant (trade) marketing experience in an international (matrix) environment.
  • Experience with Sales Force (SalesCloud: Lightning Templates, Campaigns, Reports & Dashboards) and account management
  • Strong in Analytics;
  • Strong in Project Management
  • Self-starter, confident with drive, positive energy and the ability to work pragmatic and independently. Sales savvy is a plus;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is a must as you will develop, write and manage marketing content in English; Dutch is not required;
  • Good communication and alignment skills.
