To strengthen our European HR Team, we are looking for a Strategic European HR Program Manager.

Your mission

All-round responsible for the implementation off the strategic HR-agenda and advising the CHRO on HR related topics.

Key responsibilities

Core of the position

 

As a Strategic European HR Program Manager you are the internal consultant for HR related practices and advising the CHRO and other board members based on your analysis. You coordinate several European projects on topics such as HR, organizational design, transformation, system implementation and comp & ben. You are part of the European HR management team and you report directly to Leo Versluys the CHRO.

You shape and execute business strategy, representing the people and organization dimension.

 

HR Manager

 

When matching your ambitions, you can also work as an HR manager /HRBP for a limited amount of departments.

In this role you provide advice to and coach leaders (directors and managers) on transformation and people-related issues and drive the development of an effective, engaged and high performing team. You drive the key HR processes such as staffing and succession planning, organization capability development, leadership and talent development and performance management.

 

  • Business partner: Consult & advise CHRO and C-level Leadership team on HR practices and strategy based on your analysis and research
  • Change agent: leading several HR & change management projects across Europe. Acting as project manager for large cross-functional European HR and change management projects.
  • HR Budget: analyze, design, advise and execute on European people budget consolidation and analysis.
  • Operational leader: Drives operational efficiency, HR system & process improvement.
  • Advisor: Advises and counsels managers and leadership to drive HR Standardization

Your profile

  • Action driven hands-on mentality who likes working in the operation and is capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Relevant masters or bachelor (preferably Business Administration).
  • 7+ years’ experience preferably partly in an international (matrix) organization.
  • Proven track record of international experience.
  • Proven track record of experience in change management and driving transformation and restructuring programs.
  • Excellent business understanding and the ability to translate business requirements into HR solutions.
  • Excellent digital and analytical skills.
  • Stationed in European Headquarters in Helmond Netherlands.
