Your mission

The Sr. Analyst – Supply Chain will support the demand planning and operations team in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations that will influence future demands.   The position will conduct day to day analysis for key teams, categories, and brands; evaluate forecast accuracy, performance trends, and identify gaps in the process where data can help drive visibility and change; work cross-functionally with demand planning, operations, information systems, production, and sales to provide data stories, dashboards, and other tools to provide best in class service levels.

The Sr. Analyst – Supply Chain position is located in Foxborough, MA. 

Key responsibilities

•    Perform extensive data validation/analysis within large datasets; 
•    Build proactive data validation automation to catch data integrity issues in both Excel and PowerBI; 
•    Organize and lead meetings with business and operational data owners;
•    Coordinate and communicate between business users and IT/IS to solve business problems; 
•    Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, and build tabular and/or visualization reports as needed; 
•    Work closely with demand planning and operations to document business processes; 
•    Work independently and with team members to understand database structure and business processes; 
•    Identify opportunities to improve data and business processes utilizing Excel, Power BI, and JD Edwards. 

Your profile

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research, Marketing Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics or a closely related field;
•    12 months experience in job offered or as a data analyst, business data analyst, or a related occupation; 
•    Experience with data modeling, database design development, data mining for market basket analysis, time series analysis, and data validation;
•    Experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets, quantitative analysis for business, and customer data analysis; 
•    Experience writing queries, report writing using Excel and Tableau, and presenting findings.
