This role is located in Foxboro, MA with a hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days a week in the office.

Your mission

The Sales Coordinator is essential to the Sales Team, ensuring efficient operations and helping achieve organizational goals through dedicated support and assistance. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments, external clients and sales representatives.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales support, a passion for driving business growth, and the ability to provide support and assistance to ensure efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

•    Sales Support - Assist Sales Team with day-to-day operations, including Portal Management, PowerPoint presentations, Promotional Allowance Agreements, Account Profiles, New Item Set up Sheets, MAP issues, customer inquiries, 
•    Coordination – Coordinate with other departments such as Marketing, Operations, Quality Assurance and Finance to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies & initiatives including trade show logistics.
•     Communication – Serve as point of contact for sales reps and accounts addressing inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships.
•    Data Management – Maintain accurate sales reports, track sales performance metrics, design and produces sales presentations in PowerPoint and Excel, update monthly sales presentations, prepare vendor funding files, Quarterly Price List updates
•    Market Research – Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to support sales strategies. This includes completing regular competitive landscapes, for brick & mortar stores and dotcom marketplaces and monitoring customer websites
•    Administrative Tasks – Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas & presentations.
•    Other duties and special projects as required.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree preferred but not required.
• 2 years of administrative experience or the equivalent of education and experience including internship experience.
• Experience in a hectic business/sales environment.
• Must possess a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, PowerBi.
• Resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills; attention to details and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Some travel will be required.
