We are looking for a passionate Product Manager (M/F), with an entrepreneurial and competitive spirit, who wants to join our Product Development and Marketing team and help grow significantly our position on the European market across all channels.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment and be responsible for developing products that meet the needs of our European customers and end-consumers. You will manage your own P&L and be our ambassador to drive and grow Private Label business in Europe, as well as Bebeconfort and Safety 1st brands.

You will report to the Sr Category Manager for OPP, Licenses and Private Label.

Vos responsabilités

  • Clear understanding of consumers and customers needs with close benchmark of competition and customers offers & sales analysis
  • Identify development opportunities and translate them into product sourcing & development roadmap
  • Support Sales teams in coordinating Private Label tenders and help build commercial offer
  • Ast as Product Owner within the NPD & sourcing teams in Europe and Asia, responsible for time to market and commercial viability. Work closely with R&D, Procurement, Quality, Operations, and other departments as necessary to deliver projects objectives
  • Manage OPT (On Product Tools): packaging, manuals, labels, packshot images, 360 videos in collaboration with our Graphic teams
  • Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) process and work closely with Content, Brand, Trade and Training teams to deliver launch assets & GTM presentations
  • Closely monitor commercial success of product portfolio, tracking sales performance and profitability.  Make recommendations and implement improvements when necessary to keep portfolio healthy.
  • Attend local and European customers events, suppliers visits and trade fairs (Europe & Asia)

Votre profil

  • Graduated with 3 to 5-year experience as product manager (Product Marketing & Product Development), ideally in an international environment working with consumer goods
  • Strong sense of entrepreneurship, focused on finding creative opportunities
  • Demonstrated strategic, analytical skills with a strong sense of business
  • Fluency in numerical data (sales analysis)
  • Ability to work autonomously within a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Fluency in English
