Your mission

Your mission

To strengthen our European HR Team, we are looking for an experienced European Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role you will drive talent acquisition within the European region, and you will advise all layers of the business and HR Managers. You will be key in further developing and activating our brand and improving the candidate’s experience. In this role you will be part of an energetic European HR team. Talent Acquisition is a vital part of our HR strategy. Hiring the right people in the right position is essential for our Winning Culture.

Key responsibilities

  • TA Business partner: advise the business and HR managers on TA strategy and evaluation towards hiring decision.
  • Operational day-to-day sourcing, recruitment and candidate management.
  • Own and improve the end-2-end TA process and implement best practices.
  • Coordinate European recruitment activity.
  • Gather market intelligence and apply this data to advise.
  • Offer a smooth candidate experience.
  • Further develop and activate our brand as employer of choice.
  • Project management of several projects, such as re-implementing our ATS system in 2025/2026 or Employer Branding campaigns.

Your profile

  • Action driven hands-on mentality who likes working in the operation as well as strategy focused.
  • Relevant masters or bachelor.
  • Some years’ TA experience, preferably in an international (matrix) organization.
  • Proven sourcing and recruitment track record within different business areas.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; experienced in advising junior to executive level.
  • Expertise with data, analytics and reporting.
  • Stationed in European Headquarters in Helmond Netherlands.

What we offer

  • A salary between 3200 and 4000 based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
  • This is a position for 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
  • You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
  • You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
  • The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
  • The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
  • Extensive retirement plan.
  • Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone if required, option to purchase extra holiday hours, Bicycle Plan and collective health insurance.
  • Besides work there is time for fun such as team outings or our Workout on Wheels bootcamp every Tuesday.
