Your mission

As the Backoffice Assistant, you provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the team, enabling efficient and effective functioning of day-to-day operations. Your mission is to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and uphold high standards of professionalism in all aspects of your work.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems;
• Collect, compile, and analyze data to support decision-making processes;
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel;
• Help develop and implement efficient office procedures and policies;
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth communication and workflow;
• Provide support to various departments as needed;
• Support the rest of the team in an administrative tasks;

Your profile

• Experience in administrative functions more than 2+ years;
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Environment and other relevant software applications (mandatory);
• Excellent problem solving skills;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
• Hybrid regime.
