Your mission

As our Digital Activation Manager your mission is to set and implement the digital activation strategy for the Europe market, aimed at increasing brand visibility through ongoing campaigns and new product introductions (NPI’s) to drive brand awareness. Your team focusses on generating high-quality traffic to our website using targeted campaigns and engaging content to drive revenue and enhance overall sales performance. In this position we expect you to connect all digital dots, translating insights, predicting trends, and optimizing strategies based on concrete data-driven decisions, helping us to make smarter decisions.

Your team consists of highly skilled specialists responsible for social media, influencer marketing, data analysis, SEA and campaign management. All working closely with the broader Marketing and Product team. Together you can make a significant impact on our business by leveraging digital data for our growth. This position reports directly to our Go to Market Manager. 

Key responsibilities

  • Transitioning between business objectives and specialist domains, you set and implement digital activation strategies in alignment with overarching marketing goals based on the insights from your team.
  • You oversee the activation process, ensuring the right audience is reached at the right time and through the right channels. This includes managing large-scale product launches and leveraging insights from NPI meetings to strategize campaign implementation.
  • Leading a team of 4 direct reports and overseeing 2 indirect reports, you empower and guide skilled specialists to harness their expertise effectively. Your coaching and support enable them to excel in their respective domains.
  • You foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders such as our brand and creative teams, collaborating closely to activate assets effectively in digital campaigns, as well as with external partners throughout Europe like agencies.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI and allocate resources appropriately across different channels and campaigns.
  • A strong affinity with digital data analytics to use insights to inform campaign strategies and optimize performance in targeting the right audience.

Your profile

  • You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication or related with several years of experience in a strategic campaign management position.
  • Experience working with organizations with multiple target audiences from either the agency side or internally at a company.
  • You bring extensive experience in campaign management and strategic planning, particularly in digital activations. With an understanding of the right channel mix and a sound grasp of current marketing tools and strategies.
  • Strong communication- and excellent presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strategic minded with strong executional abilities and a creative eye for digital communication.
  • Organized and structured, results driven.
  • Has a can-do mentality and is a great team player and connector.

What we offer

  • A salary between 4150 and 5500 a month based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
  • This is a position for 32-40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
  • You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
  • You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
  • The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
  • The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
  • Extensive retirement plan.
  • Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop, option to purchase extra holiday hours, Bicycle Plan and collective health insurance.
  • Besides work there is time for fun such as team outings.
