Join our European Brand Creation team as our new Digital Content Manager and take charge of activating consumers in their search for the best, most safe and innovative juvenile products!

Your mission

As our Digital Content Manager, it is your mission to guide the team of 7 content specialists responsible for all content that is displayed on the different digital channels for our brands Maxi-Cosi, Bebeconfort, Tiny Love and Safety1st, while setting the digital content strategy across all digital channels, uplifting our brand communication to effectively reach, engage and convert the newest generation of parents.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process on digital content by creating the overall content strategy across our branded platforms, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Optimize brand communication across different digital channels by enabling reviews and ratings and making sure product content is 100% complete. And maximizing reach, engagement, and conversion opportunities by deepening your understanding of the digital landscape we operate in.
  • Create, adapt and maintain effective communication with the new parenting generations y and z, by continuously challenging the brand to uplift brand communication strategies.
  • Manage your team of 7 content specialists and enable them to grow by setting clear goals and expectations, open communication and providing them with the right guidance.
  • Drive innovation and creativity in digital content to capture the audience’s attention and differentiate the brand in the digital space, with a great eye for detail in content creation and adaptation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, brand creation, and branding teams setting clear communication lines to ensure successful execution of digital content objectives in line with our overall business goals.

Your profile

  • You have a proven track record in managing a divers, international team.
  • Experience in and great affinity with digital marketing and content creation, preferably for a premium brand or working at an agency.
  • You are proactive, work independent, innovative and result oriented.
  • As a manager you are approachable, know how to coach and work together.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.

Are you ready to grow with us?

  • A salary between 4200 and 5200 a month based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
  • This is a position for 36 to 40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
  • You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
  • You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
  • The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
  • The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
  • Extensive retirement plan.
  • Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone if required, option to purchase extra holiday hours, Bicycle Plan and collective health insurance.
  • Besides work there is time for fun such as team outings or our Workout on Wheels bootcamp every Tuesday.
