Vos missions

We are looking for a passionate PRODUCT MANAGER for our PRIVATE LABEL activity, to work within a fast paced, hands-on environment to help grow significantly our position on the European market.

Reporting to the Private Label Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing products answering the needs of our European customers.

By having a full understanding of the category and of our customers’ needs, the Product Manager will be accountable for driving the development of his/her category and bringing strong added value to our Private Label offer.

Key responsibilities

• Support Private Label Manager drawing up marketing plans by having clear understanding of consumer and customers’ needs through ongoing competition and customers’ ranges & sales analysis
• Identify development opportunities on our Private Label offer and translate them into product sourcing & development roadmap
• Work closely with our Dorel development team in Europe & in Asia to assure together time to market (Graphic Designer, Purchase, R&D, Program Management and Quality teams)
• Ensure the management, animation and improvement of existing product lines in connection with the sales team and customers
• Support sales team in coordinating private label tenders through your contact with the purchase, quality and sample teams
• Facilitate monthly collection meetings
• Punctual visits of customers, suppliers and trade fairs (Europe & Asia)

Votre profil

Your profile

• 3 to 5-year experience as product manager
• Strong sense of entrepreneurship, focused on finding creative opportunities
• Demonstrated strategic, analytical skills with a strong sense of business
• Fluency in numerical data (sales analysis)
• Ability to work autonomously within a team
• Fluency in English. German is a plus.
• Job located in our Cholet headquarters, near Nantes & Angers.
