Your mission
We are looking for a Product Owner, to help us take our B2B platform to the next level. As a product owner, you are part of the Digital Marketing team that is based in our European head office in Helmond, while working closely with our IT department and Sales team. The digital marketing team is a young and ambitious team; responsible for all digital activities in EU for A-brands such as Maxi-Cosi and Tiny Love.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and initiate projects to optimize the digital experience for our European retailers on the B2B E-commerce platform
- Full ownership of the product roadmap and backlog
- Creating user stories and backlog management, and steering the Development team together with the Scrum Master to realize the platform goals
- Establish shared vision across the company working closely with the Scrum Master, E-commerce specialist, Marketplace Specialist, Sales team, Content Editors, IT, Developers and other Business stakeholders
Your profile
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in e-commerce and minimum 2 years of work experience as Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Knowledge or strong affinity with web development
- Healthy dose of ambition, excellent stakeholder management, planning and presentation skills.
- You are self-organized and have experience in working with cross functional teams.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum & project management, you are not afraid of suggesting new ways of working.
- Capable to translate business requirements to impact on processes and systems.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English.
- Has a can-do mentality and is a great team player.
You are part of the digital marketing team and report to Sander Hebben, Teamlead Platforms & CRM.
