Join our European Ecommerce Team as a Retail Media Specialist and take charge of activating compelling retail media campaigns on leading retailers and marketplaces!

Your mission

Your mission is to enhance brand awareness, drive sales growth, expand market share, and execute top-notch advertising campaigns year-round. By accomplishing these objectives, we will establish ourselves as the premier brand on platforms such as Amazon and Bol, securing conversion rates and sales performance while maintaining a low Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS).

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end retail advertising campaigns, from strategy development to execution and measurement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize to achieve advertising objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop and discuss consumer insights by analyzing the targeting & placement performance with the sales team.
  • Troubleshooting issues surfaced during the campaign life cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to craft fully integrated campaigns.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key country partners to drive campaign success.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of advertising campaigns on our retailer platforms in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • You are just starting your career or have a couple of years experience with an affinity for retail media.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Analytical, strategic and commercial mindset coupled with strong execution skills.
  • Organized, results-driven, and data-driven.
  • Can-do mentality and exceptional team player.

What we offer

  • A salary between 2500 and 3100 a month based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
  • This is a position for 32-40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
  • You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
  • You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
  • The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
  • The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
  • Extensive retirement plan.
  • Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone if required, option to purchase extra holiday hours, Bicycle Plan and collective health insurance.
  • Besides work there is time for fun such as team outings or our Workout on Wheels bootcamp every Tuesday.
