We are looking for a Associate Brand Manager to join our Brand team in Foxboro, MA. This is a hybrid position and will work onsite 3 days a week.

Your mission
We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager (ABM) to join our growing team! The ABM works in close partnership with the Brand Managers and Director, Brand Marketing to provide support across all brands within the Dorel Juvenile portfolio of brands. The ABM will support the coordination of marketing plans to achieve both short and long-term business objectives.
Key responsibilities
• Brand strategy: Participate in development of annual brand planning activities. Act as a brand steward and support the execution of go to market (GTM) plans that drive consistency in voice, tone, and message across all channels.
• Briefing: Support the team on quarterly planning initiatives including preparing briefs to inform creative & editorial outputs based on business objectives and goals.
• Content development: Work with Product and Omnichannel Media teams to provide brand direction to Creative partners for content development of packaging, video, web pages, photography, collateral, trade retail marketing, etc..
• Project management: Work cross-functionally internally and externally to track timelines (milestones and deliverables) to support 360° integrated marketing launch plans, inclusive of GTM product launches, marketing communication plans and brand activations/partnerships.
• Research: Analyze and leverage the insights from consumer and industry research to inform data-backed marketing plans and creative strategies. Understand the juvenile products industry, competitor set, retail landscape as it correlates the portfolio of Dorel Juvenile products.
• New Product Development(NPD)/GTM Planning: Participate as the brand team representative at weekly meetings with cross-functional team members to keep brand team current on new product development and availability timelines.
• Forecasting: Partner with key team members to identify sampling needs for PR, Activations, Influencers, and Reviews, maintain monthly forecast tracker in coordination with Demand Planning team members.
• Budget maintenance: In support of the Brand Marketing budget, partner with Finance team in coordinating the set-up and processing new brand partners and invoicing.
Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1 – 3 years of experience in Marketing related fields with a focus on CPG
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, PowerPoint
