We’re looking for a Performance Marketeer to join our team and help elevate our digital presence across key markets. You will be part of our European Digital Marketing team and work with popular brands like Maxi-Cosi, Tiny Love, Bebeconfort and Safety 1st. 

Your mission

 As a Performance Marketeer at Dorel Juvenile Europe, your mission is to drive and optimize our SEA and Affiliate marketing channels across multiple European markets. You will be responsible for creating and managing campaigns, ensuring that our marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals and deliver excellent ROI.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize SEA campaigns using Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, focusing primarily on performance while maintaining brand awareness.
  • Manage affiliate marketing efforts and partnerships across the UK, Netherlands, Germany, and France. This includes working with closed user groups (CUG) and ensuring effective communication and representation of Dorel Juvenile.
  • Continuously optimize both SEA and Affiliate channels to meet KPIs and targets. Conduct A/B testing and leverage data analysis to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to define campaign strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Help monitor and manage a large budget across nine countries, ensuring monthly ROAS targets are met.
  • Analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and adjustments to campaigns.
  • Coordinate with various channels and teams to ensure smooth operations and effective stock management.

Your profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with SEA and Affiliate Marketing.
  • HBO level of education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management or related.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using Google Ads, Channable or other feed tools and familiar with GA 4.
  • Strong ability to analyze and manipulate data to come up with actionable insights and put those insights into actions.
  • Pro-active, communicative, stakeholder management and problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects across different markets, always keeping commercial goals in mind.

Are you ready to grow with us?

  • A salary of maximum 3600 a month based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
  • This is a position for 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
  • You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
  • You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
  • The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
  • The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
  • Extensive retirement plan.
  • Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone if required, option to purchase extra holiday hours, Bicycle Plan and collective health insurance.
