We are seeking a detail-oriented, passionate, and dynamic Product Quality Engineer to be an integral part of our product quality team in Foxboro, MA.

This role is critical in ensuring continuous improvement of product and process quality by analyzing marketplace feedback and driving sustainable solutions. You will collaborate across functions—Engineering, Customer Excellence, Marketing, Supply Chain, Creative, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, and Senior Executives—offering unparalleled exposure and impact within the organization.

Your mission

Key responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement by reducing and preventing non-conformances.
  • Capture and embed lessons learned into future product requirements, validation plans, and test methods.
  • Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, safety assessments, and process documentation reviews.
  • Lead root cause analysis using tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams.
  • Present quality updates and improvement plans to cross-functional teams.
  • Actively engage with plant team and/or suppliers at various builds such as Engineering, pilot, production, etc.
  • Support timely cross-functional issue resolution and ensure accountability toward a common team goal.
  • Engage in plant and supplier audits, process audits, control plans, PFMEA, etc.
  • Conduct critical analysis of engineering changes (ECNs) to ensure no degradation in product quality.
  • Lead efforts toward development of standards and protocols for functional and non-regulatory but safety sensitive aspects
  • Coordinate with the China Quality Team or work independently on supplier investigations and process improvements.
  • Support international rework projects, engineering changes, and quality audits.
  • Contribute to global market surveillance and safety risk assessments.
  • Manage quality improvement efforts across time zones and cultures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering, preferably in consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Experience and thorough understanding on drawings, tolerances and overall quality requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in use of quality tools for problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with quality systems, process validation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Understanding and background in engineered products (mechanical / electrical) is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in APQP
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite. Experience with Pivot88 a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within a consumer goods industry highly desired.
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as needed (up to 25%).
