Are you passionate about paid media and driven by performance? Do you get excited about running impactful campaigns across social and display platforms? We’re looking for a Paid Social Marketeer to join our team and help elevate our digital presence across key markets. You will be part of our European Digital Marketing team and work with popular brands like Maxi-Cosi, Tiny Love, Bebeconfort and Safety 1st. 

Your mission

In this position you will play a role in co-developing and executing paid strategies that boost brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. You’ll work closely with internal teams, creative partners, and our digital agency to ensure every campaign delivers impact. You will not settle for anything less than the best-performing campaigns and therefore you are result-oriented and proactively implement your analytical and commercial skills at work.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the development of effective paid social and display strategies in collaboration with internal teams and our digital agency.
  • Setting up, managing, and continuously optimizing campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more.
  • Running creative tests (formats, visuals, messaging) and applying insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborating with the in-house creative team to develop compelling assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Building and managing partnerships with local display platforms—such as baby apps, niche networks, and other relevant initiatives—while tracking and optimizing their performance.
  • Staying up to date on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in both paid social and display advertising.
  • Working cross-functionally with performance marketing, CRM, and local market teams to ensure alignment across the funnel.
  • Reporting on key KPIs, providing actionable insights through clear performance analyses and dashboards.

Your profile

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar paid social or digital marketing role.
  • A performance-driven mindset and a passion for using data to drive decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok Ads (Pinterest is a plus).
  • A creative eye and an understanding of how visuals and messaging impact campaign performance.
  • Awareness of how paid and organic social strategies can complement each other.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What we offer

  • A salary of maximum 3600 a month based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
  • This is a position for 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on your preferences.
  • You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
  • You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
  • The option to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days.
  • The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
  • Extensive retirement plan.
  • Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop and telephone if required, option to purchase extra holiday hours, Bicycle Plan and collective health insurance.
