The audit focused on evaluating the alignment of our People Strategy with the business, emphasizing the impact of people experiences on the overall business strategy. The key areas examined included Culture & Communication, Learning & Development Strategy, Career Opportunities, Leadership Development, Talent (Acquisition) Strategy, On-boarding, and Compensation & Benefits.
